Job Title: Regional Vice President - Commercial Lines

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President to lead our Commercial Lines business in the New Jersey region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing and executing local market plans, and leading a team of underwriters and business development professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute local market plans to drive profitable growth and increase market share
  • Lead a team of underwriters and business development professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Manage and analyze financial performance, including revenue growth, expense management, and profitability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and customers
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on underwriting and business development
  • Proven track record of driving profitable growth and increasing market share
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
