Universal Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at Bogota Savings Bank. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with daily branch operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services.
• Work collaboratively with our branch team to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to the overall success of our branch.
• Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and maintain a high level of knowledge to effectively communicate with our clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One to two years of related experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
