We are seeking a skilled Wheel Prep Technician to join our team at All Star Auto Parts. As a key member of our remanufacturing team, you will be responsible for preparing wheels for refinishing, including removing coatings and inspecting for quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment to remove wheel coatings
- Inspect wheels for quality and cosmetic defects
- Sand and dress wheels to prepare for refinishing
- Perform TIG welding and heat straightening as needed
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. continuously and 60 lbs. on occasion
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
