Job Overview:

YoungWilliams PC seeks an experienced and skilled Comprehensive Legal Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional legal services to clients across the state.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive legal representation in child support matters, negotiating with opposing counsel, and attending hearings to achieve optimal results.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality legal representation in child support matters, including paternity and support order establishment and enforcement.
  • Negotiate effectively with opposing counsel to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with federal and state regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in weekly project team meetings to stay informed and share knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of our child support services.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree and active licensure to practice law in the state where the project is located.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic relations law or as a prosecutor, with a focus on child support enforcement.

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
