Job Summary
Blueprint Staffing is searching for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer HVAC to join their team. As a senior member of the facilities engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating HVAC and plumbing systems for various projects.

About the Role
This position requires exceptional technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with government clients to present designs and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HVAC and plumbing/piping systems, knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, and NFPA standards, and proficiency in Trane Trace software, Revit, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments of HVAC and plumbing systems to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement plans for system upgrades and renovations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program
* PE License
* 12 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing/piping systems design and calculations

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, reflecting industry standards and the location.
