Dining Room Ambassador

The Hwy 55 of Cheraw, SC team is seeking a skilled and charismatic Server to provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction in our dining room.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Presentation of menus, answering questions, and making recommendations to customers regarding food and beverage options.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders from guests and relaying them to the kitchen staff.
• Serving food and drinks promptly and accurately, ensuring exceptional presentation and quality.
• Maintaining knowledge of current menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively upsell additional food and beverage items.

• Proven work experience as a server or similar customer service role in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, with flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
