Night Auditor

Job Title: Night Auditor

Location: TownePlace Suites Portland Vancouver

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for supervising the hotel overnight and ensuring that all daily transactions are reconciled.

Responsibilities:

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed in the event of issues taking place overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience with proven ability to thrive working the overnight shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
