Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, tailoring solutions to meet their individual needs.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services, driving sales and revenue growth.

Requirements
- You must currently hold a Property and Casualty license, demonstrating your expertise in insurance principles and practices.
- Prior sales experience, either outside or inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing, is essential for success in this role.
- A proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is critical, as is your ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
- You must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, achieving mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Experience in marketing is desirable, as is the ability to make presentations to potential customers and obtain a Life and Health license.
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on location and experience. This figure does not include commission/bonus earnings, which can significantly increase total compensation.
