Your key responsibilities will encompass the entire software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. A commitment to problem-solving, crafting advanced solutions, and ensuring quality is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the design and rollout of innovative products and services associated with our Industrial IoT platform's edge functionalities.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external development teams to determine optimal strategies for system integration.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers across various departments.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports related to your area of responsibility following product testing and validation.
  • Develop proficiency in NOV technologies across diverse business units.
Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in software engineering.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of software architecture, data structures, contemporary design patterns, and network protocols.
  • Proficient in working with Linux OS and comfortable using the command line.
Additional Skills:
  • Experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Go, or other object-oriented languages.
  • Familiarity with REST, gRPC, and message broker technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
