About the Role:

As a Sheet Metal Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of sheet metal technicians in the fabrication and installation of metal roofing panels and components. You will oversee the setup and operation of fabricating machines, determine material and tool requirements, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sheet metal technicians in the fabrication and installation of metal roofing panels and components
  • Oversee the setup and operation of fabricating machines
  • Determine material and tool requirements
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of sheet metal experience
  • Experience removing and replacing roof purlins
  • Experience installing PBR, R, and MBCI double loc (Trapezoid Panels) systems
  • Experience installing all components involved with Metal Buildings
  • Experience removing and installing Wall Panels and wall purlins
  • Experience in Metal Building construction
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests
  • Knowledge of using hand and power tools
  • Successful background investigation
