We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Carpet Cleaning Service Technician to join our team at Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional carpet cleaning services to our clients in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe area.
Key Responsibilities:- Learn to lead a truck to multiple pre-set appointments, with paid training provided for those without prior experience.
- Understand customer needs and suggest solutions to best meet their requirements.
- Become an expert in the technical aspects of the job, including cleaning techniques, stain removal, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Clean carpets, upholstery, tile and stone, hardwood floors, and granite countertops.
- No prior experience necessary, with training provided for the right candidate.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
- Clean-cut, professional appearance.
- Honest, dependable, and mature.
- Attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Lift and carry 100 pounds.
- Driver's license and clean driving record (insurable).
- Competitive hourly pay (including overtime) plus sales commission for added products and services.
