About This Position
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Residential Counselors to join our growing team. As a per diem position with as-needed hours, you will work in our Paxton, MA location, supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities through specialized services.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
- Support and teach clients new skills, focusing on specific goals in their Individual Service Plan.
- Act as a positive role model for clients, promoting attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings.
- Administer medications and complete documentation in a timely manner, including progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- You must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- You must pass required certifications within the allotted time frame set by the agency.
- A background check and driver's check are also required.
