Job Overview

Preventive Maintenance Role

Are you an industrious and dependable maintenance technician? We are in search of a skilled Maintenance Professional to ensure our facilities and equipment are operating at their best. Your role will involve conducting regular assessments and routine upkeep, while also proposing preventative strategies to enhance the longevity of our equipment and reduce safety hazards. If you have a knack for repairs and maintenance, we invite you to share your expertise with our team.

Compensation:

$15 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address additional maintenance requests as needed
  • Maintain records of equipment servicing and repairs
  • Examine the premises for any structural issues with windows, doors, and walls, and carry out necessary repairs
  • Conduct routine maintenance on systems such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical to ensure peak performance and execute repairs as required
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance protocols to optimize equipment functionality and mitigate safety risks
Required Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of maintenance tools, techniques, and practices
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical frameworks
  • Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
  • Availability for on-call maintenance duties during evenings and weekends
