About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori educator to join our team as a Lead and Assistant Teacher. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in guiding young children towards independence and fostering a love for learning.

Requirements
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or equivalent experience and training
  • At least 1 year of work experience with 0-6 year old children, with a strong understanding of child development principles
  • Interest in free training to become Montessori certified, or current certification in 0-3 or 3-6 Montessori diploma
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and children to create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with children and families
