Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services in a Special Education system in Kingston, PA. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and a Pennsylvania SLP license. Experience with ESY services and working with students at the elementary or secondary level is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new referrals and determine student eligibility for speech services
  • Develop Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals and make recommendations for speech services
  • Re-evaluate students on a periodic basis and update IEP goals as needed
  • Conduct meetings and complete reports as part of the referral or dismissal process for speech students
  • Document services, service logs, treatment notes, and track student progress with a mix of observations or testing data
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Pennsylvania SLP license
  • Education certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education is highly recommended
