We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Registered Dietitian to join our team at Creative Solutions in Healthcare. As a Regional Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nutrition services to our residents across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nutritional assessments and care plans for long-term care residents in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Collaborate with Certified Dietary Managers to ensure food service systems are followed, providing delicious meals in sparkling clean kitchens.
  • Monitor quality and accuracy of meal service, as well as resident meal acceptance.

Requirements:

  • Registered and licensed dietitian in Texas.
  • Experience in long-term care and geriatric nutrition is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel, with vehicle and cell phone allowance provided.
