  • Conduct thorough evaluations using MS VBA macros to ensure compliance with state standards for construction quality assurance after data processing.
  • Modify existing analytical scripts or create new programming solutions as needed.
  • Offer guidance and support to technical staff involved in data collection processes.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting further assessments for pavement management or evaluation.
  • Preparing various technical documentation and presentation materials.
  • Evaluating other nondestructive testing results related to pavement infrastructure condition, including laser crack measurement systems, falling weight deflectometers, and ground penetrating radar.

Qualifications for the Senior Civil Engineering Specialist:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of standard pavement engineering concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and specialized pavement evaluation tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in pavement engineering.
  • Expertise in analyzing nondestructive pavement testing and condition data.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft VBA programming.
