About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist at Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in the Milwaukee area. Our hospital is recognized for its commitment to superior patient care and community service.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas of improvement
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of rehabilitation programs
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve cost-effective services and programs

Requirements
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Licensure in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification
