Practice Overview

Curative is a leading healthcare staffing company that connects talented professionals with top healthcare organizations. We're committed to finding the best fit for our clients and candidates, and we're proud to offer a unique opportunity for an Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon to join our network.

Practice Setting:

  • Collaborative environment with 28 physicians and 16 advanced practice providers
  • Diverse specialty training and expertise in various orthopedic subspecialties
  • High-volume practice with 75-80 new patient visits per month

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Private practice with partnership opportunities available after 1 year
  • Guaranteed base salary of $250,000, with quarterly bonuses and profit distributions
  • Sign-on, relocation, and fellowship stipend available
  • Opportunity to purchase shares in a local Spine and Joint Hospital

Schedule and Call Requirements:

  • 2.5 days in clinic, 2.5 days in surgery
  • Opportunity for additional surgical days
  • ASC in-house and ability to operate at local hospitals
  • 3 days of group calls and 1-2 days of trauma call per month
