Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in Plano, TX. The role offers a competitive salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per year.

This is an on-site position with opportunities for overtime. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure accurate data entry and prompt resolution of any discrepancies.

About the Role:
* Manage and maintain inventory levels in accordance with established protocols* Track shipments from receipt to delivery* Ensure accurate data entry and record keeping* Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly* Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory efficiency* Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field* 2+ years of experience in inventory management or similar role* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel occasionally* Clean background check required
