At TEKsystems, we are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team.
This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual who can provide exceptional facilities services to ensure proper building maintenance, procurement of supplies, daily inspection of site(s), and validation of work orders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with building maintenance, including regular communication, as well as key internal and external business partners, including vendors and corporate HR, IS&T, EHS, and Security.
Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets and creating spreadsheets/trackers, including Purchase Orders, creating weekly activity and status reports, providing conference room arrangement and maintenance, including calendar scheduling, and assisting with visitor badges where required.
In addition, the Facilities Operations Specialist will perform other support duties as required by the department or office, maintain professional appearance of common areas and conference rooms, greet and assist all visitors, and coordinate visitor transportation and travel if needed.
This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual to take ownership of their role, navigate an environment with little to no set processes, focus on relationship building, leverage team relationships for knowledge transfer and collaboration, and identify areas for process improvement.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
