PDS Tech Commercial is in search of a meticulous Production Assembler with a minimum of three years of practical experience in interpreting intricate schematics and executing precise composite assembly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a consistent ability to produce high-quality assemblies while adhering to project guidelines.
Position: Production Assembler
Employment Type: Full-time; Consultant (3 months)
Location: Medley, FL
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Compensation: $16.34 per hour
- Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering specifications, and other written instructions.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and light machinery.
- Manage inventory levels at workstations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks, identify product flaws, and document any defects.
- Rework and repair assembled products in accordance with engineering modifications.
- Adhere to quality standards and safety protocols in all tasks.
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Capable of standing for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant assembly experience is mandatory.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.

- Potential for temporary to permanent employment based on business requirements and individual performance.
Compensation Details: $16.34 per hour
