- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in consultation with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited, state-approved, school of nursing.
- Current MS RN license or temporary permit for same (valid for 90 days only).
- One year of experience as a staff RN, with a strong background in patient care and leadership.
- Ability to use Microsoft: Word, Access, Excel, Windows, and Outlook.
