Position Overview

Come Back Shack is a family-operated establishment dedicated to becoming the premier Quick Serve Restaurant in the High Country.


Competitive Compensation:
  • Under 15 years: $9-$10
  • High School Students (16+): $10-$11
  • Part-time (32 hrs/week): $13-$14
  • Full-Time (32+ hrs/week with Restrictions): $14-$15
  • Full-Time (No Restrictions): $16
  • Early Morning Preparation: $14 - $16
  • Overnight Closing: $15 - $16

Additionally, earn an extra $1/hour for weekend shifts and $3/hour for crew closing shifts.
