About the Job:
This StepDown RN position involves working closely with patients who require specialized care due to acute medical conditions. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Valid RN licensure and degree from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year experience as a StepDown RN or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
