Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS programs and processes to minimize EHS hazards and ensure risks are mitigated.
  • Record and maintain established EHS site-level data processes and corporate systems to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items, and other pertinent information.
  • Facilitate EHS engagement through EHS teams and related committees.
  • Collaborate with EHS engineers and others to develop training and deliver annual and new employee EHS training.
  • Participate in EHS audits, assessments, and evaluation of compliance for EHS country, state, and local regulators and Company corporate policies.
  • Manage incident reporting, incident investigation, and worker's compensation processes.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more (2+) years of related work experience.
