Your Role
If you have a passion for banquets and catering, this position is designed for you. As a vital member of our team, you will deliver exceptional service to banquet attendees, ensuring memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits. Your responsibilities will include serving food and beverages during events while collaborating with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and accommodate special requests from guests.
- Assist in setting and clearing tables, including arranging condiments as necessary.
- Prepare event spaces by arranging table linens, dishware, and utensils.
- Serve food and beverages to guests during events as required.
- Respond to inquiries regarding menu items and buffet offerings.
- Take initiative based on guidance from the Banquet Captain, Lead Server, or Banquet Manager.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or event catering is essential.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with both colleagues and guests.
- A genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for others.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
