Speech Language Pathologist

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. This role involves working directly with students to address speech, language, and communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
- Keep detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- CCC-SLP certification is a plus, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
