At CHA Consulting, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Bridge Inspection Assistant Team Lead to join our Bridge Team in Colonie, NY.

We're on the forefront of bridge design, developing innovative solutions that reduce cost and maintenance, and utilizing accelerated bridge construction techniques to minimize road closure impacts.

As a Bridge Inspection Assistant Team Lead, you'll participate in taking field measurements, documenting observed conditions, and recognizing discrepancies or changes in field findings.

You'll aid the Team Leader in preparing documents and sketches required for reports on inspection findings and develop a familiarity with company, client, government, and industry standards.

This role requires time-efficient and cost-effective work practices to meet client, contractual, and company requirements within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities include solving routine problems by applying defined procedures and attending field assignments when appropriate.

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
