Job Title: Caregiver Specialist

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Evergreen Life Services. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a healthy, safe, and therapeutic environment for individuals served.
  • Administer medication as allowed by applicable state medication administration guidelines.
  • Train individuals served in daily living skills, such as making a bed, cleaning the floor, and other basic housekeeping tasks.
  • Assist individuals served with personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
