Sawmill Operator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Laborer to join our team at Western Forest Products US LLC. As a Production Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and clean work area.
• Support other areas of the operations as needed.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous labor experience an asset, but not required.
• Steady work history, including a good attendance record.
• Positive attitude, ready to learn, and a safety mindset.
• Physically fit and able to stand for 10+ hour shifts, perform repetitive tasks, and heavy lifting.
• Basic math skills and effective communication in English.

Shifts: 6:00am - 4:30pm, with a variety of 4 x 10 hour shifts, Mondays - Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.
