Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district near Douglasville, Georgia. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
Requirements:
  • A valid Georgia State SLP License is required.
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
