Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions, identifying changes and reporting them promptly to medical providers.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and take appropriate action in the event of an adverse reaction.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida or compact licensure.
- ACLS certification within one year of employment start date.
- BCLS certification within 30 days of employment start date.
