Salary: $235,000 - $300,000 per year, plus an employee equity plan grant and world-class benefits.
Job Description:
As a Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will be working closely with our engineering and product teams to design, build, and productionize proprietary machine learning models. You will collaborate on framing machine learning problems, architecting machine learning solutions, and ensuring the high quality of code base.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand business priorities and frame machine learning problems.
- Build and productionize machine learning models, including data preparation and processing pipelines.
- Contribute to maintaining a high-quality code base with tests providing functional and non-functional coverage.
- Keep track of emerging tech and trends, research state-of-the-art deep learning models, and prototype new modeling ideas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in developing production-grade machine learning systems, preferably with applied ML in Ads.
- Experience in areas like Bayesian methods, Reinforcement learning, Deep learning Architectures, and Recommendation systems.
