CNC Machinist Job Opportunity

Moffat Workforce is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Shoreview, MN. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating various machines, including manual mills, turret lathes, and CNC mills and lathes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate machine tools to perform various machine operations on parts made from various materials
  • Check and inspect machining operations against specified tolerances
  • Work from complex blueprints, process sheets, and sketches to perform production tasks
  • Assign and plan tasks, layout, and set up machine shop equipment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in Machinist/high technology manufacturing environment
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2-year graduate of vocational tech machinist
  • Ability to run CNC and manual machines to perform basic programming as needed
  • Manual Mill and Lathe experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
