Job Summary:We are looking for dedicated and caring LPNs to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, executing physician-prescribed plans of care, and documenting patient information in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting
- Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document patient information
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
- One year of experience in pediatrics (South Carolina) or one year of experience working under current nursing license (California)
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English
