Position Summary:

The Logistics Warehouse Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily activities within the warehouse, focusing on the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. This role is vital for ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our warehouse, upholding high productivity levels, and promoting a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in a computer-based environment; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
  • Supervise and mentor warehouse personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products.
  • Ensure inventory precision through regular audits and cycle counts.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Assess and enhance workflow and productivity within the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to warehouse functions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requirements and resolve issues.
  • Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment.
  • Develop and execute process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a comparable position.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Capability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding setting.
  • Proficiency in English.
