- Manage Cleaning Materials and Equipment: Ensure that all cleaning materials and equipment are used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and are properly maintained.
- Ensure OSHA Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all OSHA safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Communicate with Guests and Staff: Interact with guests and other casino departments in a professional and courteous manner to ensure excellent customer service.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train EVS staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties to the highest standards.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Three Years' Experience in Housekeeping or EVS: Three years' experience in housekeeping or EVS is required.
- Strong Organizational and Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required to effectively supervise and coordinate EVS staff.
- Ability to Read and Interpret Documents: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to Write Routine Reports and Correspondence: Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to Speak Effectively Before Groups: Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Previous Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Successful Completion of FireKeepers Casino Hotel Track Training Programs: Successful completion of any of the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Track Training programs is preferred.
