Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our production team to meet and exceed production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Production Team: Oversee the daily activities of our production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Production Operations: Coordinate and manage the production process, including ironing and tumble areas, to meet production goals.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Team: Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is in good working order and that production is not disrupted.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Uphold all safety regulations and ensure that our production team is aware of and adheres to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of production experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Communication and Organization Skills: Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
