We are seeking an exceptional Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Steps, LLC, a leading provider of autism treatment services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities.
Our Behavioral Therapists work in a variety of settings, including home-based, clinic, and school-based environments. You will implement behavior modification programs, collect data electronically, support parent training, and collaborate with other team members to deliver an exceptional service to our clients and families.
As a Behavior Therapist with Steps, you will have access to comprehensive training on ABA, including RBT, BCaBA, and BCBA certification. You will also have opportunities to grow in the field of ABA and work in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
- Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
- Support BCBAs with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges
- High school Diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Commitment to working flexible, full- and part-time schedules
- Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
