ResponsibilitiesAs a Neuro Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and implementing patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge, and evidence-based practice. You will assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation, and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.
You will provide professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care. Your expertise will be invaluable in championing the change and joining our mission of healing through humankindness.
ExpectationsWe expect our Registered Nurses to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and hospital job description. You will be responsible for:
- Assessing patient/family health problems and resources
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating a plan for nursing care
- Providing professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- An ADN, Diploma, or foreign equivalent
- A current AZ State RN License in good standing
- A current American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider card
- A current American Heart Association ACLS card or within 6 months of hire
