Client Manager Job Description

At Unison Risk Advisors, we're seeking a skilled Client Manager to join our Retirement Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our clients' retirement plans and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their day-to-day concerns and working collaboratively with recordkeepers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on service items spanning all areas of Retirement Program governance, including investment management, plan design, and vendor management.
  • Maintain accurate client records to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Support relationship management and practice management activities, scheduling and conducting service interactions with clients throughout the year.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of client-facing experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of retirement programs.
  • Hold or obtain the Series 65 (or 66) within 90 days of employment. AIF, CFP, QKA, and CPFA credentials are preferred.
