Qualifications and Requirements
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be expected to:
  • Possess 1-3 years of experience in the field, with preference given to those with relevant certifications.
  • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills, service excellence, and effective interpersonal communication.
  • Demonstrate physical capabilities including the ability to remain stationary, move about, and handle equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate patient care and monitor responses to interventions.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures as necessary.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a prompt response time.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and supplies.
  • Transport patients as required and perform additional duties as assigned.
