ATM Technician

Job Overview
Cook Solutions Group is a leading provider of banking solutions, and we are currently seeking a Full-Time ATM Service Technician to join our team. This role will involve providing second-line maintenance for ATM banking products, with a focus on hardware and software problem diagnosis.

In this position, you will be responsible for performing basic installations on ATM products from multiple manufacturers, as well as minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and card reader belts. You will also prioritize and plan service calls, contact customers with estimated times of arrival, and escalate problems when necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of $25+ per hour, depending on experience and certifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes 90% PPO insurance premium coverage for employees, 100% coverage for high-deductible plans, and 50% coverage for dependents.
