About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, family-centric applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to children affected by autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach young children affected by autism essential skills through play-based activities in their natural environment.
  • Work directly with the child and their family to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with our team of board-certified behavior analysts (BCBA) to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA treatment.

Requirements:

  • Active RBT Certification
  • Minimum High School diploma
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Auto insurance with your name listed as an insured driver
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
  • Minimum 3 weekdays with consistent availability for at least 6 months
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families

What We Offer:
