**Job Title:** Behavioral Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Behavioral Health Support Specialist to join our team at the Austin Travis County Sobriety Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing support and intervention strategies to individuals struggling with addiction.

**Job Summary:**

  • Provide ongoing support to clients during intake, admission, and throughout their stay, including discharge.
  • Monitor clients at all times while promoting a positive and hopeful atmosphere.
  • Assist in de-escalating individuals during intake and throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as a team player, and adhere to patient confidentiality policies and strong ethics.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • CPR Certification within 6 months of hire date.
  • Valid Texas Driver License required.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
