Job Summary



We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native Data Solutions Engineer to join our Wireless Development organization, where you'll play a pivotal role in building the country's first cloud-native, standalone 5G wireless network. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable, high-performance data-driven solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop high-volume, low-latency data-driven solutions using current and next-generation technologies to meet business needs
  • Acquire and process large data inputs from various partners, leveraging technologies such as Python, Airflow, Prometheus, and Kafka
  • Normalize complex data sources to convert unusable data into a usable format, utilizing tools like Spark, Kinesis, and Lambda
  • Design and implement a CI/CD pipeline for our data software to ensure high-quality delivery and rapid time-to-market, utilizing technologies like Gitlab


Required Skills and Qualifications




  • Proficiency in data streaming technologies like Kafka and ETL concepts
  • Strong programming skills in Java, C, Perl, Python, or advanced Shell scripting
  • Experience in implementing data-driven solutions using tools such as Hadoop, Hive, NiFi, or Redshift
  • Proficient in querying and designing databases using MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle SQL, etc.
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clarify requirements and identify creative solutions
  • Familiarity with Cloud Native tools (Kubernetes, Docker) and Agile methodologies (SAFe, Lean Systems Engineering)
