Key Responsibilities: As a Data Integration Specialist at Cleo, your key responsibilities will include: Analyzing business requirements related to EDI integration, including document formats, communication protocols, and data mapping requirements. Designing integration solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to industry standards and best practices. Selecting appropriate EDI standards (such as ANSI X12 or EDIFACT), defining message formats, and designing integration interfaces. Integrating EDI and API solutions with existing business systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Monitoring and optimizing the performance of EDI transactions to ensure timely and reliable data exchange. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for EDI transactions. Documenting EDI integration processes, configurations, and best practices. Providing training and support to internal teams and trading partners on EDI usage and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing integration solutions with expertise in data transformation and application integration. Experience with API-based integration (REST, authentication mechanism) and knowledge of basic cloud computing (AWS preferred) is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required. The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.
