Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated SLPA to assist students in overcoming communication challenges. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence and thrive in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify speech and language challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment plans for diverse student communicative needs as an SLPA, ensuring alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences Disorders, Speech and Language Pathology, or Communicative Sciences and Disorders.
  • Active SLPA License.

Compensation Package:

  • Petitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Guaranteed hours.

About the Role:

This is a K-12th grade position, providing opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic educational setting.
