We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Specialist - BA Level to join our team at Lifetime Assistance. As a key member of our Interdisciplinary Team, you will provide psychological services and consultation to individuals, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and annual psychological assessments for assigned individuals, meeting established time frames and formats.
- Develop goals, objectives, and methods in collaboration with team members to address psychological needs.
- Supervise the affective/emotional data collection system and complete data sheets as required.
- Provide information and consultation to the team, volunteers, and other service providers as requested.
- Offer crisis intervention for individuals to prevent injury to themselves and others, as prescribed by the Behavior Support Plan.
- Deliver in-service training on psychological services to agency staff.
- Secure Human Rights and Informed Consent/approval for each individual's Behavior Support Plan and/or the use of medications as needed.
- Attend Agency and staff meetings, education, and training sessions as requested.
- Observe and document individual performance and behaviors to facilitate assessment and development of service goals.
- Assist in development and implementation of each individual's personal futures plans in collaboration with other team members.
- Perform other necessary duties as requested.
